Ann Richardson

Ann Richardson is a Senior Mortgage Advisor with Community Lending of America, Inc, a Mortgage Broker, and Vetted VA approved Loan Officer for the states of Kansas and Missouri. She has experience with all loan types, is very customer serviced oriented, and prides herself on giving all clients the best experience while working to provide loan options and terms to fit their specific situation. Ann comes from a military family and strongly supports Veterans. She especially works to help them achieve the goal of home ownership with the use of VA home loan programs for purchases and refinances. Developing relationships and finding solutions to each person’s unique situation is her favorite part of her career and where she thrives. Extensive education, training and experience allow her to provide these solutions for Veterans with the goal of using the VA loan program. She has been consistently rated as a Five Star Professional in her field, and also provides options and loan programs for those not eligible for the VA loan.
