I’ve been in mortgage lending for 27 years, and helping veterans understand and use their VA home loan benefit is one of the parts of this business I care most about. I believe veterans deserve clear answers, honest guidance, and an advisor who understands that a VA loan is more than just another mortgage program. It is a benefit that can create real opportunities when it is structured and explained correctly. My approach has always been education first. I want borrowers to understand their options, the tradeoffs, and the strategy behind the loan so they can make confident decisions without pressure. I work with homebuyers and homeowners on VA purchases, refinances, IRRRLs, and more complex situations where experience can make a real difference. After nearly three decades in lending, I’ve seen just about every kind of market and loan scenario. What has never changed is my belief that good mortgage advice should be straightforward, transparent, and focused on what is actually best for the borrower. That is why I value the Vetted VA community so much. Its mission of educating veterans and raising the standard for VA lending aligns closely with how I have always wanted to serve.
