I’m John Wilkes, Broker Owner of Lunar Mortgage Team, a residential mortgage brokerage I founded with my wife, Hannah. I bring more than 15 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, and relationship management to helping clients navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence. As the son of a U.S. Navy veteran, I have a deep respect for the men and women who serve our country. I’m a proud supporter and advocate for service members, veterans, and their families. I believe the freedoms we enjoy today are made possible by their service and sacrifice—and that gratitude should be reflected in how we support them. I put that commitment into practice by helping veterans and military families understand their home financing options and make informed decisions. My approach centers on education, transparent communication, and attentive service, giving each client the time and information they need to choose a path that fits their goals. At Lunar Mortgage Team, Hannah and I are building a company grounded in integrity, accountability, and responsiveness. I believe successful lending begins with listening, grows through trust, and extends well beyond closing.
