With nearly 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I am a seasoned Loan Originator (NMLS #1123575) dedicated to helping individuals, especially veterans, achieve their dream of homeownership. My journey began as a loan processor and working my way up to a loan officer assistant before starting as loan originator and eventually becoming an owner of my own brokerage before finding my home with Be My Neighbor Mortgage. During my career in mortgages I have gained in-depth expertise in processing, origination, mortgage operations, and origination support.
My passion for helping veterans stems from my deep respect for their service, as well as my own family’s military background, with both my father and grandfather having served. I’ve seen firsthand how many veterans are taken advantage of in the mortgage industry, which drives me to educate and empower them to make informed, confident decisions. I am proud to be actively involved with Vetted VA, an organization that provides education and resources to VA homebuyers and mortgage professionals, and I’ve undergone extensive VA loan training and knowledge checks to ensure I can offer the best possible guidance to those who have served.
In addition to my technical expertise, I’m committed to providing a high level of personalized service. Whether it’s helping veterans navigate the complexities of VA loans or offering solutions to first-time homebuyers, I leverage my background in both the operational and origination sides of the industry to offer a seamless experience for my clients.
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about my involvement in church and ministry, spending quality time with my family, and enjoying the outdoors through hunting. I strive to serve others with the same dedication and integrity that I believe should define both my personal and professional life.
About Kamron 's VVA Rank
VVA4s are the professionals have earned this rank with time in service as well as exceeding minimum performance standards of VVA3. They have served a minimum of six months as a VVA3, met all performance metrics, and continued to submit their accountability tracking on time regularly. They will answer every question perfectly in accordance with the VA Lender Handbook guidelines, VA resources and, not just one lender's overlays. During these 6 months we are testing their hearts and minds. They will be the embodiment of our institutional core values of honor, courage, and commitment. We want to see the best showing up in VVA4; we want to see how they engage you, respond to your direct questions, and respond to questions that could benefit them but they will never take an individual position to gain through solicitation. We aim to achieve the change we want to find for you and protect you as a Veteran and Active Service Member. Changing the hearts and minds of those helping you is the only authentic way to make a difference. No regulation or rules will help because people are still the same in trying to find easy ways around rules. VVA4 are there to serve you because you serve our Country.
At VVA4 the professional will be eligible to serve as a Squad Leader. This challenge is to begin training peer to peer leadership in a unique way. These peers are not employees, they are not subordinates, they are unique peers that choose to follow and whose leadership must be earned. The minimum time spent in VVA4 will be approximately 1 year.
