Growing up in the Denver Metropolitan area, I attended both Kent Denver and the University of Colorado. For more than 22 years, I have been a sales professional and am now the proud Residential and Commercial Employing Real Estate Broker of Corriere Real Estate Group, LLC.

Previously, in the early 2000’s I was with Birch Street Development, LLC for five years where I handled planning, construction, supply warranty systems, selling, and management duties. Initially joining as a Project Manager, I eventually transitioned into sales and warranty before closing out projects worth over ten million dollars in custom homes.

I was fortunate enough to be promoted to the Custom Home Sales Manager role at Birch Street Realty, LLC, which enabled me to work with over twenty clients in custom home building. To better serve their needs and expand the company, I attained my real estate license in 2005. In 2008, I departed from Birch Street Development and Birch Street Realty to pursue different career prospects as an independent contractor with Coldwell Banker and later Keller Williams wherein the Corriere Group, LLC was created.

I left Keller Williams in 2015 and started our boutique Real Estate Brokerage, Corriere Real Estate Group, LLC. Corriere Real Estate Group, LLC is a boutique firm employing a number of knowledgeable specialized Realtors, from Loveland, CO, throughtout the entire Denver Metro area and South to Colorado Springs.

My wife Susan Corriere owns Cozy Colorado Furnished Rentals, LLC managing over 12 fully furnished 30+ day stay mid-term rental properties she rents to a myriad of clients ranging from insurance claims housing people temporarily due to property loss, clients relocating to Colorado, traveling healthcare professionals, construction teams and more. We work closely together assisting many different types of clients with there intermediate and long term housing needs.

I have been fortunate to have been exposed to a diverse and intensive experience in the real estate business. I think I bring a lot more to the table than a prototypical real estate agent, based on my diverse knowledge base in the real estate landscape for over 25 years. I understand the building process and real estate market on a variety of levels and have a true passion for helping people achieve their personal and business goals.

VVA3 is the second rank achieved. With these professionals they have reviewed the VA Lender Handbook’s second half and another series of courses which total time to complete often surpass 12 hours of training. The goal of the courses and test series is the same as the series taken for VVA2, to break down the knowledge and challenge the fortitude of character of the professional. Not only have they completed two series of tests to qualify them for this rank, but we are also teaching them soft skills in communication. We are preparing our professionals to lead for your sake. How to lead correctly and not by hiding behind the shinnies on their collars or some statement of “I’ve been doing this for so many years!” Leaders worth following have a mission worth following and lead with compassion for those following them. The most outstanding leaders have the heart to serve those under them. Our goal in creating Vetted VA is educating our professionals so they may take care of your needs and educate you with correct information to ensure that no matter what you are facing - you are well prepared to engage professionals with right and true resourced answers. All of our tests require 90% or higher to pass, and we cause failure to ensure our professionals are prepared to take on almost any situation.
