Brett Robinson

Brett James Robinson has had a zest for life since his earliest years of growing up as the son of a U.S. Air Force Serviceman overseas. Being immersed in other cultures at an early age, he developed quick adaptation skills and an appreciation of people. Brett always knew he wanted to chart a path in helping others, which began with following in his father’s footsteps. Brett enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1996 and retired as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer at the end of 2016. After an entire life spent moving around and buying and selling houses along the way – he developed a passion for real estate and helping others achieve their dreams. He has found his true calling in the mortgage industry, serving his clients and guiding them through one of the most significant investments of their lives. Brett served honorably in the Central Florida area for over 12 years of his Air Force career, and it became his true home. Brett feels incredibly blessed to work with his amazing clients, who become friends and a vital part of his network. “I’ve always had a passion for helping people, and since transitioning from the military, I have decided to put my passion towards helping people find their perfect home.” Brett enjoys spending time with his twin boys Mason and Cannon, baby daughter Livvy, and his wife Catrine in Disney’s backyard!

About Brett's VVA Rank

VVA4s are the professionals have earned this rank with time in service as well as exceeding minimum performance standards of VVA3. During these 6 months we are testing their hearts and minds. They will be the embodiment of our institutional core values of honor, courage, and commitment. We want to see the best showing up in VVA4; we want to see how they engage you, respond to your direct questions, and respond to questions that could benefit them but they will never take an individual position to gain through solicitation. We aim to achieve the change we want to find for you and protect you as a Veteran and Active Service Member. Changing the hearts and minds of those helping you is the only authentic way to make a difference. No regulation or rules will help because people are still the same in tryinig to find easy ways around rules. VVA4 are there to serve you because you serve our Country.

At VVA4 the professional will be eligible to serve as a Squad Leader. This challenge is to begin training peer to peer leadership in a unique way. These peers are not employees, they are not subordinates, they are unique peers that choose to follow and whos leadership must be earned. The minimum time spent in VVA4 will be approximately 1 year.
